In this role as an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be required to manage a mixed portfolio of claims including domestic, commercial, and agricultural. With a primary focus on proactive client and broker interaction, you will have a direct impact on our business development opportunities while handling insurance claims efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective plans to meet property productivity targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and delivery of SLAs and KPIs.
- Exhibit absolute compliance with both in-house procedures and external regulations.
- Take a proactive approach in project delivery, ensuring individual contributions align with project timelines and requirements.
- Show a deep understanding of FCA procedures and the TCF initiative.
About You:
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Extensive experience in insurance claims, preferably backed up by an insurance qualification (ACII or ACILA).
- A proven track record in the insurer client relationship management, preferably within the agricultural insurance claims sector.
- Expertise in using scoping software and handheld devices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate high commitment to customer service.
