In this role as an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be required to manage a mixed portfolio of claims including domestic, commercial, and agricultural. With a primary focus on proactive client and broker interaction, you will have a direct impact on our business development opportunities while handling insurance claims efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective plans to meet property productivity targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and delivery of SLAs and KPIs.
  • Exhibit absolute compliance with both in-house procedures and external regulations.
  • Take a proactive approach in project delivery, ensuring individual contributions align with project timelines and requirements.
  • Show a deep understanding of FCA procedures and the TCF initiative.

About You:

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in insurance claims, preferably backed up by an insurance qualification (ACII or ACILA).
  • A proven track record in the insurer client relationship management, preferably within the agricultural insurance claims sector.
  • Expertise in using scoping software and handheld devices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high commitment to customer service.
