Fashion Inc Ltd is looking for a VAN DRIVER to join our team!

Key details:

  • SELF-EMPLOYED
  • Van, fuel, insurance provided by us (for business use)
  • Congestion Charge & Dartford Crossing are paid by company
  • 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday) from 7AM to 4PM
  • Possibility to work extra hours occasionally (£15/hr)
  • £120-£140 per day, paid every week
  • Depo located in Colindale, London

Fashion Inc Ltd is operating a socially responsible service dedicated to collecting unwanted clothes from homes and contributing to fundraising for our partner charities. People book unwanted clothing collections online and we collect daily.

Job Description:
As a Van Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless collection of unwanted clothing items from peoples' homes. You'll be responsible for safely operating our company van, maintaining a positive customer interaction, and contributing to our mission of supporting partner charities. If you're a dependable, customer-oriented individual with a passion for making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently collect donated clothing items from peoples' homes, using an app where all stops and routes are provided. Start point is your home address.
  • Log collections into the app by taking a photo.
  • After finishing the route, bring the goods to depo and unload. Depo is located in Colindale, London.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being polite, respectful, and professional when interacting with people. Contact with customers when needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of clothing (up to 20 kg).
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission van.
  • Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Valid UK/EU driver's licence held for at least 1 year with maximum 5 points.
  • Experience driving with Van.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
