Delivery Lead - Contract

Ideally the client are looking for someone with start-up background as this is integral to the project.
- Responsibility for leading the end-to-end delivery of the plan to stand up Neuron in the US market
- Leading the team to ensure that this is delivered at pace and in line with agreed scope
- Working with key stakeholders to define goals, create delivery plans and align the delivery plan to the product roadmap and overall business objectives / strategy
- Identify risks and issues that may impact delivery, identifying and implementing mitigating strategies and / or escalating at the earliest opportunity
- Lead the delivery teams, ensuring adoption of best practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Effectively manage key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors, to communicate progress and ensure alignment on plan
- Establish objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure effective drive continuous improvement and optimisation of resources as Neuron scales
