Are you an experienced manager with a passion for quality, coaching, and continuous improvement? We're working with a leading client who's on the lookout for a collaborative and driven individual to lead a team of six within their Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA specialists
- Manage testing and assurance reviews across customer journeys
- Provide clear, actionable insights to enhance service, compliance, and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and drive improvements
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance development activities
About You:
- Proven experience in managing or coaching a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to analyse and present data in a meaningful way
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first attitude
- Previous experience in QA, compliance, or outcomes testing is highly desirable
