On this Management Scheme you will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders to qualify opportunities, train, lead and coach team members to optimise performance through continual conversation, active listening and skilled questioning approach . The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to hold their own in front of both colleagues and clients. Drive and confidence is essential for this role in addition to being ambitious and forward thinking.

Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- 2-4 years experience in a software technology centric business (essential!)
- You'll have experience in SaaS or Professional Services
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- You will have a competitive nature - i.e. done competitive sports
- Experience leading a team
