What You'll Do:

  • Design intuitive, engaging, and innovative user interfaces (UI) that enhance the user experience (UX) across a platform with millions of users.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams using Figma as your primary design tool.
  • Ensure a consistent and visually appealing design across all products and platforms.
  • Conduct and interpret user research, turning insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Make data-driven design decisions while balancing creativity and user-centred design principles.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on B2C apps that involve user engagement, social elements, or AI-driven interactions.
  • Demonstrable experience working with large user base apps, such as those in the tech, social, or entertainment industries (e.g. dating apps, ride-sharing platforms, streaming services).
  • Proficiency with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
  • Strong user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) skills, balancing detailed design with creativity.
  • Autonomous and proactive, able to manage your workload and communicate effectively in a fully remote work environment.
  • Must be located within 2 hours of the UK timezone to ensure smooth collaboration and team engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.

Nice to Have:

  • An understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with development teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques, particularly in relation to content creation or user interaction.

Perks:

  • Unlimited holidays
  • Flexible, fully remote work arrangements
  • Upskilling support to further your development
  • A culture that embraces innovation, creativity, and collaboration
  • Regular team get-togethers in London
