Project: Internal Blockwork Package (£3.5 million)
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal blockwork package for a prestigious project in central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brickwork, excellent IT skills, and experience with Asta programming. This role requires a proactive approach to managing weekly progress reports, ordering materials, and maintaining positive client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal blockwork package, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize Asta programming to plan and schedule project activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly progress reports, highlighting project status, any issues, and proposed solutions.
- Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage on site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in brickwork.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Asta programming for project planning and scheduling.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
