Customer Service Team Leader

We are supporting a company based in Haddenham who are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader, working in a hybrid position. You will be office based with 1 day working from home each week (after probation). This is a full-time position working 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm.

Additional to an early finish on a Friday you will also receive:

To be successful you must have experience of leading a team, along with specific skills in customer service and managing customer accounts. Duties will include:

  • Handling escalated customer issues, liaising with other departments to resolve problems
  • Oversee and lead a team of 2 to deliver a high level of service, supporting them with regular 121s and performance reviews
  • Assist with recruiting, training and target setting
  • Continuously look to improve customer service levels by reviewing processes and implementing changes
  • Responsible for customer processes such as order processing

To be successful you must have relevant experience with a strong focus on reviewing processes and consistently striving to improve service levels within the company and your team.
