Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: £12.50 an hour
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday
Main Duties include:
- The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach.
- The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Dedication and ambition to develop within the role.
- To be capable of multi-tasking.
- Ability to work with multi-technology systems to effectively deliver PPM and Reactive tasks.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a maintenance assistant / handyperson (desirable)
- Basic electrical awareness of plant and equipment
- Fire Alarm Testing and Recording in Fire Alarm Logbook
- Basic Emergency Lighting testing
- Basic awareness of building fabric and repairs
