We are now recruiting on behalf of our client, based in the Ilkeston area for a Fork Lift Driver,/Labourer . This is initially an on-going temporary role, working through the winter months on a night shift. Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6.30am. You will work days for the first few weeks whilst training (Monday - Friday)
Duties
-Working mainly outdoors in a yard environment
-Loading and unloading vehicles, using a Counterbalance Fork Lift
-Some manual labour will be required.
What we are looking for
-Valid, current Fork Lift Truck Licence (counterbalance).
-Forklift truck double handler attachment/Shovel Loader experience preferred.
-At least two years work experience driving a Counterbalance Truck.
-Good numeracy skills and able to understand written documentation.
-Able to work overtime when required
-Able to work a night shift
What's in it for you
-Pay £16.45 an hour Plus weekly attendance bonus and overtime. The pay rate whilst working days (40 hours) is £13.16
