I am currently partnering with an exciting fast growing company based in the city center of Manchester. They are currently seeking a Finance manager to join their busy finance team. This exciting role that offers amazing employee benefits and great flexibility.
They are looking for a finance manager to help run the daily operations of the finance department directly reporting to the Chief Finance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take lead of monthly management accounts
- Assist with all budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Business partner to key stakeholders.
- Cash monitoring
- Ownership of the monthly payment run process.
- Negotiate across the business with external parties.
- Provide support on external reporting.
- Support with the quarterly/annual strategic planning process
- Assistance with KPI Board Packs, delivering strong financial analysis to challenge performance and drive profitability.
- Reporting on KPI's to better understand the overall performance of the business.
- Support the internal team with management reporting.
- Debtor control
Requirements:
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- People oriented and results driven
- Ideally experience working for a Tech company
- Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- A relentless attention to detail, accuracy & timely delivery
- Ability to partner with senior business leaders across the business
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
