Trainee Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agent in Crouch End
* Essentials - Driving licence, own car & Sales experience*
OTE £35k+ - Basic salary up to £18k + circa £300 per month car/fuel allowance
5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS!
The Role:
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.
Requirements:
- A full Driving Licence
- Proven experience in a sales position
- Self-driven with a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
- Interest in property
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- A natural Negotiator
