Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Technical knowledge of PRA/FCA/Lloyd's regulations.
- Experience in a regulatory compliance role within the Lloyd's insurance sector.
- Experience in financial crime, including sanctions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to compliance matters.
- Proven ability to support business initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in interacting with all levels of staff.
- Conduct horizon scanning and maintain the horizon scanning log.
