About the Purchase Ledgerrole -
We are looking for 2 xPurchase Ledger Clerksto support our busy finance team on a permanent full-time basis based in our HQ - Lytham
Main Duties asPurchase Ledgerclerk:
- Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
- Dealing with incoming post and scanning invoices to the system
- Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Allocating invoices on to the system
- Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
- Prepare payment runs
- Processing #TeamTangerine expenses
- Resolving queries in a timely manner
About You:
- Havepurchase ledgerexperience
- Have good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Be a team player
- Good communication skills
