This role as a Grants Finance Coordinator is an opportunity for an individual with a history of working in finance and grants to build a team for a charity orgnaisation based in London. You'll be managing grants, budgeting, report generation, and financial analysis.

Our client is an international charity based in London looking to grow their grants team within the finance team.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate grant funding processes.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to donors.
  • Track expenditure and ensure all costs are within the grant budgets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with the program team to prepare budgets for new grant proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with grant policies and guidelines.
  • Provide financial advice to project managers and colleagues.
  • Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.

Profile

A successful Grants Finance Coordinator should have:

  • A solid background in finance or accounting.
  • Knowledge of grant management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Tables and V-loop ups).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Ideally French speaking.
