Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Answering customer queries via inbound telephone calls and emails
- Monitoring claim inputs on the internal systems
- Contacting customers to book telephone appointments
- Making outbound calls when required
- Ensuring a seamless, stress free customer journey
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service and administration experience is required
- You should be able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Property insurance knowledge is desirable
- You should have some experience in handling customer complaints
- Being organised, with an excellent telephone manner is required
