Hands-On Property Portfolio Manager
Role : Managing portfolio of properties, lettings the apartment and shops in central and North West London
- Checking and Approving AST's and deposit scheme of tenants
- Monitoring maintenance contractors and repairs of the properties, etc.
- Liaising with tenants and management to ensure any repairs concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Checking tenants' monthly payments, dealing with utilities bills
- Dealing with director's correspondence and emails etc.
- Reporting to Co. Director and dealing with appointments and ad hoc requests as required.
- Self-confident multi-tasking working independently and be working with team of three
- working independently with word excel outlook and IT proficient
At least 3 years' property experience required, otherwise no need to apply.
