Our client are seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Property Surveyor on a permanent basis.

With a salary of £40,000, with an OTE of £70,000, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact in the industry. With a commission of 40% of the job value, your hard work will be duly rewarded.

Join the team and immerse yourself in a role that involves conducting an average of 2 surveys per day, 5 days per week.

As a Property Surveyor, you will mainly work with property owners, omitting the need to coordinate with mortgage companies. Utilising their efficient templates, you'll navigate through your expertise in building structure, before crafting detailed reports ensuring an accurate and polished end product.

While they offer employment opportunities, they recognise that self-employed arrangements can be financially advantageous. On a self-employed basis, your dedication will be acknowledged with weekly payments and a swift 24-hour turnaround for invoice processing.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficient in property survey techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Adaptability to diverse property structures and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property surveying or related field
  • Relevant certification or qualification in property surveying
  • Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation
  • RICS Qualified
