Are you ready to contribute to a well-established company known for pioneering new technologies and pushing the frontiers of innovation? Based in Surrey, the organisation has a global reach and a reputation for quality, as industry leaders and innovators who are constantly pushing the boundaries. Now, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Administrator to join our QA/RA team and help maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities within document control, change control, resource management and monitoring:

  • Manage and update the controlled document system, ensuring all requests are answered and the documents are current and relevant.
  • Be the go-to person for formatting and routing new or revised SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Administer the Q-Pulse change control system by logging change requests, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Action approved changes and support the Change Control Committee.
  • Ensure training records are up to date and reflecting operational needs.
  • Schedule and follow up on Quality Management System review meetings, training review meetings, etc.
  • Manage the system, assigning unique codes to finished products and instruments. Conduct final inspections and authorise the release of finished goods.
  • Perform internal audits and support third-party audits as directed. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • General administration support tasks as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
