A specialist Property Finance Group are keen to appoint a skilled London based Business Development Manager to get involved in dealing with client referrals from IFA's, solicitors and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generation of New Corporate Lending Customers:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate lending space.
- Develop tailored financing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients involved in property transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to structure deals that align with client objectives.
- Retention of High-Value Customers via Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service and satisfaction.
- Regularly review client portfolios to identify opportunities for additional lending or refinancing.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Networking and Business Development:
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the property finance sector, including brokers, lenders, and investors.
- Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote our services and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, consistently demonstrating our commitment to excellence and client-centric service.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in Commercial, Bridging, BTL property based lending, relationship banking, or high-net-worth broking.
- Demonstrated track record of generating new business and managing high-value client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the UK property market and associated financial products.
