YOUR ROLE:
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth store management.
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone.
- Support the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to foster a positive and proactive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to inspire and drive the team.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and store presentation techniques.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
- Positive leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving and organization.
