Senior Travel Consultant - North London - £25-27k basic, 60Kote
Our client is well established Luxury holiday company selling holidays to Indian Ocean Islands of Mauritius, Maldives & Seychelles. They hold direct contracts with hotels,airlines and ground handling agents and tailor make holidays as per customer's requirements.
Senior Travel Consultant Responsibilities
- Creates and completes travel arrangements (flights, car hire, hotels etc)
- Expert at selling products that are of commercial value to the company and contribute to profitability; sell "addon" attachments (holiday insurance etc); upsell targeted areas of travel
- Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveller experience in each situation.
Senior Travel Consultant Skills and attributes
- A demonstrated passion for travel with a minimum of 1 years travel industry experience, preferably with a luxury travel agency or tour operator
- Knowledge of a GDS
- Impeccable attention to detail
