Very often these relationships are long-standing and generate continued business across multiple departments. Due to continued growth, they are now offering a superb opportunity for an experienced Private Client Operations Partner / Lawyer who wants to take the lead and further develop the practice, ensuring the offices continued success. This is a key strategic hire and will enable the right candidate to develop the practice area how they see fit with the wider support of the leadership team. The appointee does not need to bring a client following, as they will be expected to nurture an existing client group and use their already developed relationship skills to network and build on the back of the teams exceptional reputation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10 Plus PQE: The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a qualified solicitor, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational legal practice.
- Experience as a Partner: Prior experience as a partner within a law firm indicates the ability to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the firm's operational success.
