- Position: Neuro Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, 35 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (excluding bank holidays)

About Client: Located in the Surrey area, the center offers general medical services including consultations, chronic disease management, and vaccinations. It operates Monday to Friday, with accessibility options available.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience with neurological conditions such as stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis.
- Background in rehabilitation and long-term condition management.
- Community experience and ability to work with adults and older adults.
- Effective teamwork skills and capability to complete community visits in Sutton, South West London.
- Car driver with a personal vehicle required.
Desirable Attributes:
- EMIS training and NHS SMART card.
- Experience with patients from a Sutton GP, including in various settings.
Role Overview:
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment for patients with neurological conditions in the community.
- Manage and document community visits efficiently.
- Mileage expenses reimbursed; parking permits not provided for bank or agency staff.
