About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our office-based team at Trostre Depot, Llanelli. This role is vital in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of high volumes of creditor and debtor payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process large volumes of payments (debtors and creditors).
- Maintain operational files such as invoice batches and shipping orders.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
- Use digital tools, including Microsoft Office packages, to support daily operations.
- Handle accounts payable tasks and maintain records with precision.
Working Hours

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Monday-Thursday: 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Education: GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) and/or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or working towards it).

Skills: Strong digital proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office packages.

Experience: Proven experience in processing high volumes of payments.
