A global medical device company are looking for a Senior R&D Engineer to join their Research and Development team on a contract basis. The role is primarily to lead a design team of engineers on the stent part of the project but at times it is also expected that he/she can support other design and development activities on the project as needed.
Essential skills:
- 5 years+ experience working with Class III medical devices (ideally would have worked on stents and delivery systems previously).
- Experience in the design and development of medical devices.
- Experience leading and driving a team to hit project milestones
- Experience working with Design History File (DHF) documentation
You will get:

The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 12 months, with options to extend after. The role is based in Limerick and will require 1 days onsite per week, the rest of the time you can work remotely. The rate is €60-65 per hour, depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
