Butler Ross have partnered exclusively with a global procurement and supply chain consultancy to support in their recruitment of a Procurement Consultant for their UK-based team. This is an exciting opportunity well suited to an individual looking to utilise their experience outside of a conventional procurement position - by developing and delivering training in specific areas of regulated procurement to a variety of clients. The salary on offer is up to £55,000 p.a., with potential flexibility for candidates who have direct experience in a similar position.
It is absolutely essential that you have a good grasp and practical experience with at least one of the following:
- Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR)
- Utilities Contract Regulations 2016 (UCR)
- Procurement Act 2023
Prior experience with delivering training or consultancy is advantageous, but is not a prerequisite to be suitable for this opportunity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations of the company are achieved.
- Continually building current and new stakeholder relationships to secure repeat
- business by delivering quality training.
- Provide specific advice regarding UK Regulated Procurement Law to internal
- stakeholders and external customers.
- Delivering and developing new courses, and planning training and consultancy activities including in-house and open training courses
