Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Compliance Manager FX & Leasing to join our team on a hybrid contract, based in any of our UK offices. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £64,000 per annum and great benefits.

As our Compliance Manager FX & Leasing, you will ensure the FX business is fully compliant under the PSR's 2017 & support Asset Finance is compliant under the SMR.
You will support on Bibby Foreign Exchange & BAF regulatory obligations (anti-money laundering, sanctions and other financial crime matters) including the EWFCRA.
Your responsibilities as our Compliance Manager FX & Leasing will include:
- Supporting and providing advice to senior management and the business on compliance, risk issues and regulatory trends to include horizon planning.
- Supprting to maintain, update and implement Compliance policies, procedures, manuals, and programmes to reflect best practice of regulatory and industry requirements.
- Being responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements of all Statute and regulations relevant to a Payments Institution authorised by the FCA.
- Managing STR and Regulatory requirements
- Acting as a central point of contact for Compliance issues, ensuring problems are dealt with appropriately and rectified within agreed SLA's
- Acting as the regulatory liaison with the FCA and HMRC – (as an approved PSD individual/controlled function)
- Acting as the Deputy NO for Bibby Foreign Exchange – (approval required from HMRC as ‘fit and proper' for the role)
- As an SME, providing assistance and advice to Bibby Financial Services on compliance and regulatory issues and represent Bibby Foreign Exchange and BAF.
What we are looking for in our ideal Compliance Manager FX & Leasing:
- Experience – Worked in AML/Compliance Department of a FX or similar financial services regulated environment /banking
- Skills – Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority, analytical with attention to detail, report writing
- Qualifications – Compliance Qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience – Foreign Exchange/Payments Industry/E-Money Industry; worked with online transaction monitoring systems. Commercial .Banking
- Skills – Ability to balance business requirements with AML compliance obligations; ability to work alone
- Qualifications – Relevant Compliance or AML or Financial Crime Qualifications
