The Role: You'll be instrumental in driving growth by building strategic partnerships with top event organisers, venues, and promoters. From music festivals to sports events, you'll secure exclusive contracts, manage high-value relationships, and ensure exceptional F&B services at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead partnership development strategies, focusing on large-scale events
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract execution
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players
- Mentor and guide a high-performance partnerships team
- Use data-driven insights to stay ahead of market trends and refine strategies
