Description
Your key responsibilities;
- Manage the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative activities across the office.
- Develop and implement office management policies.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Manage communication between the office and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate team meetings and office events.
- Basic HR duties; on-boarding, some liasing with payroll etc.
- Cover for the EA when they are not on duty.
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proactive mindset, great attention to detail.
- 4+ years of Office Manager experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous small company experience
