Description

Your key responsibilities;

  • Manage the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative activities across the office.
  • Develop and implement office management policies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Manage communication between the office and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate team meetings and office events.
  • Basic HR duties; on-boarding, some liasing with payroll etc.
  • Cover for the EA when they are not on duty.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive mindset, great attention to detail.
  • 4+ years of Office Manager experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in the use of office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous small company experience
