The Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) function works across the Bank to ensure that the banks Non-Financial Risk exposure is adequately managed in-line with the group wide risk appetite and NFRM framework.

NFRM is a matrix organisation with business / region and functional specialist axes.

You will work within The Non-Financial Risk Management Framework, Execution & Transformation Team which is responsible for the design, development and implementation of NFRM framework policies, processes and systems across Deutsche Bank and interacts with multiple stakeholders across the firm First Line of Defence, Second Line of Defence and Third Line of Defence (1LOD, 2LOD and 3LOD).

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the business line engagement focusing on the attack or disruption to key supply chain relationships and technology.
  • Partnering across the group with key stakeholders to develop insight into the key risk themes that are impacting the 1st line.
  • Provide review and challenge of NFRM risk themes into the IB to help improve the resiliency of respective processes.
  • Provide support for the 1st line where required on adoption of NFRM risk frameworks.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis supporting the IB Coverage team in risk identification and monitoring

Your skills and experience

  • Knowledge of Non-Financial Risk Management principles and practices, as well as some knowledge of Investment Banking.
  • Knowledge of Third Party and/ or Technology as a topic in the context of financial services
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience of developing strong working relationships with business areas to facilitate successful risk management
  • Worked with stakeholders within a high pressure, time sensitive and rapidly evolving environment
