Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Redhill Office
An experienced and dynamic e-commerce business is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in credit control to manage a substantial ledger and contribute to the company's financial health. The client is looking to move quickly due to an internal promotion and a need to back fill the post as soon as possible.
Top Accountabilities:
- Manage a ledger of approximately 1,500 accounts.
- Conduct daily chasing of outstanding debtors, making a minimum of 30 outbound phone calls per day.
- Address and resolve queries, ensuring daily credit control processes meet SLA levels.
- Perform credit limit reviews as required.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit control.
- Experience in a high-volume, B2B environment.
- Proven track record of collections and achieving targets.
- Strong academic background.
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Calm and confident in resolving queries and chasing debts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.
