Administrator - Financial Services

I am working with a local Wealth Management Financial Services company who are searching for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Advisor's to support them on all Administration duties

  • Submit new business
  • Contact suppliers ensuring that all contracts and legal documents are correct
  • Arranging withdrawals
  • Dealing with any client requests
  • Updating back office system to ensure the details are correct
  • You will be the clients first point of contact for all telephone and email enquires
  • Issuing correspondences in a timely matter
  • Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience:

  • Experience working within an IFA firm
  • Strong administration duties
  • Experience using Abrdn Wrap/Standard Life Wrap would be an advantage

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
