Now recruiting for a Senior Support worker within their children's EBD home, this is an important job within the home and would suit someone who is passionate about their work and is looking for a forward-thinking home that will help their career flourish.
You will be working closely with the homes management team, to lead Support workers on shift, act as a point of contact for staff who need support and key work with young people.

What the Assistant Nursing Managers skills and experience look like:
- Experience of working as a Senior within an EBD home.
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Supervision experience
