Agile Delivery Manager
Lynx Recruitment is currently working with a Consulting organisation, looking to recruit an experienced Delivery Manager.
This Consultancy combines its focus on helping companies with Business Change & transformation and a focus on Future technology/AI so the projects & Programmes you will be working on are very attractive and exciting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, approve and track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project schedules, identifying and addressing deviations to keep projects on track.
- Handle change management by evaluating and accommodating changes in project scope and requirements.
- Resolve project issues and roadblocks efficiently, keeping the project moving forward.
- Evaluate team and project performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and records.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Applicants must be degree educated within an IT or Business-related field.
