The Role
As Operations Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the supply chain, keeping everything running smoothly from production to delivery. You'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure that every bottle reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support across supply chain operations
- Manage order processing, stock control, and shipment tracking
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Assist with domestic and international logistics coordination
- Prepare reports to support purchasing and planning
- Identify and resolve logistical or administrative issues proactively
- Contribute to process improvements as the business scales
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in an administrative or operations support role within supply chain/logistics
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel and admin tools (ERP experience a plus)
