My Business Consultancy client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in building their sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic follow-up.
**Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess potential fit for our consultancy services.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team or consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets related to lead generation and conversion.
Experience required:
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role (preferably in consulting or professional services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of resilience, persistence, and motivation.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex business challenges.
- A consultative and client-centric mindset.
