Based in Central London, offering Hybrid working, exposure to senior stakeholders and a role with real influence and autonomy. The Senior Commercial Finance Manager role will lead a small team and will be a vital part of the transformation project. Responsibilities will include:
- Co-designing the framework & underpinning information model to provide value, quality & risk assurance.
- Develop insightful analysis to track progress against the plan.
- Work collaboratively with the programme workstreams to identify potential crossover & dependencies.
- Development of a 3-5 year roadmap to modernise and simplify the structural cost out. Develop financial modelling to outline end to end costs and benefits.
- Proactive business partner to Technology led areas, providing commercial insight & challenge to drive effective decision-making & support.
- Support and challenge on investment business cases.
- Leading core planning processes (3 Year Plan and Budget), working cross-functionally with numerous business partners to generate challenging but achievable plans.
Required experience and skillset:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with several years PQE in a commercial environment
- Strong commercial acumen to add challenge and insight to the business - Technology experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills to enable business partnering of senior non-financial colleagues
- Advanced excel capabilities and good PowerPoint skills
