We are pleased to be supporting a successful, growing facility in their search for a Site Manager to take overall responsibility for the site operations.
The Role
This role involves day to day management of the site in Greater Manchester, delivering services from a portfolio of customers and ensuring that the activities are performed within quality performance indicators and according to the relevalt Standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the team to ensure efficient and effective operation at all times
- Senior responsible person for the site facilities
- Hosting Client audits
- Providing complete, accurate and timely management information including reporting capacity levels and issues in a timely and accurate fashion to relevant stakeholders
The Person
The successful candidate will display the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a similar role, managing a team in a very fast paced, detail oriented role
- Proactive approach, able to think ahead and resolve issues with a level head
- Experience managing a small team, motivating and leading in a high pressure environment
- Stringent attention to detail, experience working in a regulated environment beneficial
