Our client is an integrated marketing agency providing services across digital, creative, PR and web. They work with a diverse range of B2C and B2B clients, predominantly in the homeware industry, from one-off activation projects to long-term strategic partnerships.

They are currently looking for a highly organized and communicative Digital Account Manager. This role offers the perfect opportunity to advance your career and skillset in a dynamic, energetic, and rewarding agency environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with clients.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the day-to-day client management of digital marketing services, including scoping, budgeting, briefing, delivery, and reporting.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee various digital marketing projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with digital specialists to present strategies, performance reports, and attend client meetings.
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth.
  • New Business Support: Assist with new business initiatives as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 3 years in managing campaigns for B2C and B2B clients, ideally in an integrated agency setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in handling lead-gen and brand-building campaigns across major technology platforms.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrated marketing, strategic thinking, and creativity.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable briefing digital marketing projects into channel specialists (e.g., paid search, SEO, content, influencer/creator).
  • Client-Centric: Familiar with clients' products, services, and culture, and capable of transforming strategic goals into campaign solutions.
