Role: Growth Manager

Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a deep understanding of TikTok, and is eager to drive growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement effective TikTok content strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into content plans.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of TikTok campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant community around our clients' TikTok accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality TikTok content.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on TikTok growth metrics and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and growing TikTok accounts.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with TikTok LIVE and live streaming strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with video editing and TikTok content creation tools.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
