The Role
As the Operations and Compliance Manager you will ensure the smooth operation of the business by managing the IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015), integrating document control plans, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Your responsibilities include managing document control, overseeing regulatory responses, conducting audits, managing projects, and facilitating monthly operations meetings with our Board of Directors.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
- Previous experience in an Operations and Compliance position, including planning, compliance management, and document control
- Strong understanding of Data Protection legislation and its practical application
- Excellent communication skills, and a detail oriented and analytical approach to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field would be beneficial
- Certifications like ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or GDPR Practitioner would be a plus
