We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long Term Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the foundation phase, supporting children both in groups and on a 1-2-1 basis.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support children in groups and on a 1-2-1 basis within the foundation phase.
- Adapt to the varied nature of the role and be flexible to changes.
- Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and the class teacher.
- Provide assistance to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and learning sessions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role is desirable.
- A patient and empathetic approach when working with children.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the students and the school.
- A commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children.
