In the role, you will handle major accounts, process customer enquiries and orders, follow up on quotations, review and act on open customer orders, obtain quotes from vendors, and manage value-added service projects. You will also resolve invoice disputes, suggest related items to increase orders, and develop new sales opportunities.
This role would suit a detail-oriented individual with strong administration skills, knowledge of, and the ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
The Role:
- Manage customer enquiries and orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Obtain vendor quotes and oversee value-added service projects.
- Take on full training for products and process.
The Person:
- Highly motivated and keen to learn about the supply chain and stock control industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and capable of multitasking in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
