Job Title: HR Admin & Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) Flexible and Hybrid working
Location: Leicester City Centre

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to play a crucial role in supporting their HR functions and ensuring a seamless recruitment process at our leading events company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening resumes to scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both permanent and contingent roles.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to enhance and uphold our employer brand.
  • Ensure a positive and ethical experience for all candidates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment activities to key stakeholders.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Assist the HR Manager in executing our engagement initiatives.
  • Handle daily HR queries in the absence of the HR Manager.
  • Support the HR Manager with employee relations administration tasks.
  • Maintain and update our HRIS system with accurate employee information.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the HR department.

The successful Candidate:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in Recruitment and/or HR.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
