Package: £15.50 an hour with 12.5% Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on various metals including stainless steel and aluminium.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect and test welded joints to ensure durability and strength.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
