We're currently working with a brilliant Legal 500 firm, rated as a 'leading firm in 2024' and listed in the times as one of the 'best law firms'. Now looking for someone to join their in-house compliance function
This is a great opportunity for a Compliance Officer to take a step up in their career, responsible for managing and running the firms compliance function, leading a team of 3 assistants.
The role?
- Drive strategy across thefirm in relatio to compliance
- Oversee and manage policies and procedures, assuring compliance across the regulatory bodies including the SRA
- Advising the board on implementing compliance
- Act as the main POC for all compliance queries across the board, from financial crime to data protection and more.
- Manage and Develop the compliance team
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years experience in compliance, specifically within a Law firm. You will be strong communicator, happy working closely with senior leadership and board members.
