Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Overview
- Engage with clients at all levels, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities to expand our reach.
- Source potential candidates using a variety of creative methods, such as direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Understand the unique situations and needs of both clients and candidates, providing expert advice based on your market knowledge.
- Proactively search and source candidates, ensuring a consistent pipeline of talented individuals.
- Qualify candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients, fostering effective rapport building.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Requirements
- We are open to applications from a variety of different industries including; Sales, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, etc
- A confident, ambitious, and tenacious attitude
- Strong written English and grammar skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated, dependable, and hard-working with the ability to use your initiative
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Position Remuneration
- Basic starting salary of £20,000 to £22,000 dependent on experience.
- Regular performance-related pay raises, recognising your achievements.
- Realistic OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 in the first year, £30,000 - £35,000 in the second year, and £40,000+ in the third year.
- An uncapped commission structure and exciting incentives for exceeding targets.
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 hours, Friday 08:30 - 13:00.
- Work from home days (Further information on this can be discussed at interview stage)
- 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Paid Christmas shut down (increasing 1 day per year of service up to 25 days).
