IT Application Support

Salary up to £45k per annum
My client is a well-established travel provider that supply world class travel packages and holidays. Since 2022 they have had a record-breaking year and are still continuing to grow. They are now looking for an IT Application support engineer to join the team, someone who is very hands on, passionate about problem solving and has a strong knowledge of Endpoint Admin, Infrastructure, Technical support, and network security.
What you will be doing:
- Have a key understanding about Endpoint cloud infrastructure and services.
- Support Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Maintain Windows domain environments and Group Policy.
- Provide user support for applications and desktops.
- Ensure security and networking fundamentals.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Familiarity with Azure Admin, MS Defender/Endpoint Manager/M365 Admin/Intune/Autopilot/Teams/Exchange Online
- Knowledge of virtualization, preferably VMware.
- Experience in ACD/Telco environments is preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, problem solver, and eager to learn.
