The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will lead a team of warehouse operatives, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The Person
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and work flexibly as needed.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management practices is desirable.
- Proven track record of driving teams to achieve targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in developing and training team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, Fire Marshall, and First Aid certification.
